Paid audits

If our paid audit does not find at least three fixes worth making, you get a full refund. Just tell us within 14 days of receiving it.

Projects

• Cancel before work starts: full refund of the deposit.
• Cancel after work starts: you pay for the work done to date, and you keep it.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time before your next billing date. The current month is not refunded, and work in progress that month is still delivered.

How to ask

Email hello@zunglabs.com with your invoice number. Refunds are paid within 10 working days to the original payment method.
