Privacy policy

This policy explains what Zung Labs ("we") collects when you use zunglabs.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Zung Labs, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is responsible for your data. Questions go to hello@zunglabs.com.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms and tools: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website address, city, and anything you write in a message or brief.
• Tool results: when you run the Site X-ray, we store the website you checked and the result, so we can send you the report.
• Basic usage data: pages viewed and device type, collected without cookies through privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

• To send you the report or reply you asked for.
• To follow up about our services. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• To keep the tools working and stop abuse.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of providers to run the site: hosting and bot protection (Cloudflare), email delivery, Google's PageSpeed service for site checks, and AI model providers for the AI visibility tool. They process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and reports are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Client project data is kept for the length of the project and as required for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@zunglabs.com. We reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes. Significant changes will be emailed to anyone with an active project.
